Following this conversation, many of you choose to have a longer chat where we do an initial assessment of your business and discuss what you need to convert successfully to the franchise model and your options.

These appraisals let us both know how you stand so we are better informed to help

The Rapid Growth Barrier Analysis is a free consultation where we explore the things you see as barriers to the growth of your business. It takes about 40 minutes.

We send you a short form where we ask you to rate your business against ten business growth issues.

Then we have a chat around your answers.

This structured conversation is very useful for both of us as it lets us know where you are facing problems and where your business is working well.

This is a great start for finding out where the gaps are if you want to successfully franchise. And it is a great framework so we can make better informed suggestions.

Our Franchise Status Review is a much more rigorous process for identifying the franchise gaps in your business.

Franchise Status Review Process

After evaluating much more detailed information about your business, we prepare a draft report which measures your business against the elements in our Franchise Success Path. The aim is to find your gaps to franchising.

We go through the draft together in a two-hour online meeting during which we explain our four step Franchise Success Path. The meeting results in a short action plan and you know exactly what you have to do, who will do the work and how much it will cost.

The first step in any of our programs is to suggest you learn as much as you can about franchising. The positives, the pitfalls, whether your business will fit this model and above all to find out if you really want to grow your business through this exciting growth model.
