Nabil Salameh is a business strategist and coach who works with business owners to grow their businesses and their profits and turning their businesses into well-oiled machines that deliver the outcomes the business owners want.
He has some great success helping the franchisee pharmacy owners think as business owners not pharmacists, and take their pharmacies to a much higher level in terms of profitability and operational efficiency.
Nabil started his business coaching business as a franchisee nearly 19 years ago, so he intimately understands what it’s like to be a franchisee.
Over the years, he’s also coached many franchisees and a few franchisors, so he understands the key ingredients that make a business system successful or not. He’s also managed a family business that employs 32 staff that provides mobile vehicle repair and servicing throughout the Greater Melbourne area. Fast forward to 2020 and Nabil brings all this experience together and is now is Director of his business coaching firm, Quantum Business Advisors.
He is passionate about making a difference, still mentoring and coaching business owners to achieve massive success in their businesses.
