Ben Cleary-Corradini is Co-Founder and Director of Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers and has been working in the business since its establishment in 2015.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Business from UQ Business School.
Ben draws on over ten years of Corporate Management experience, having worked with PwC as a Management Consultant and in General Manager roles in the public sector.
He also has strong small business entrepreneurial experience, having founded, operated, grown, and successfully exited from an Italian food and wine importation and distribution business.
Ben, and business partner Theodor Roduner, designed the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers franchise system and have grown the business from a two-person team (Ben and Theo) into its current operation, which includes a centralised production kitchen, seven restaurant locations and a Mobile Catering Division.
