Mark Hocknell has 30 years of experience as a management consultant working with around a hundred organisations and a further 15 years in senior management roles.
Mark is a sessional academic with the Queensland University of Technology in the Graduate School of Business, which includes the design and delivery of post-graduate MBA level courses and is a member of the Industry Advisory Board of Griffith University School of Business.
There are two core focus areas to Mark’s consulting work.
First, on the development of customer centricity, aligning resources and maximising business results working across many industries and applied these methods in both a B2B and B2C, as well as Government and non-profits.
His second focus is building and leveraging Performance Measurement Frameworks to achieve Performance Improvement.
Mark is highly qualified with an MBA, is the Accredited PuMP® Partner for Australasia (performance measurement methodology), Certified in the Prosci Change Management Method, a Net Promoter Certified Associate, and an Accredited Cognitive Edge facilitation Practitioner.
