The Rapid Growth Barrier Analysis is a short free consultation where we explore the things you see as barriers to the growth of your business.
We have a short form within which we ask you to rate yourselves against ten business growth issues.
Then we have a chat around your answers.
This structured conversation is very useful for both of us as it lets us know where you are facing problems and where your business is working well.
This is a great start for finding out where the gaps are if you want to successfully franchise. And it is a great framework so we can make better informed suggestions.
Our Franchise Status Review is a much more rigorous process for identifying the franchise gaps in your business.
It is, in fact, the first step all our members take when they join any of our programs as it provides a framework giving the issues they need to focus on.
Franchise Status Review Process
After evaluating much more detailed information about your business, we prepare a draft report which measures your business against the elements in our Franchise Success Path. The aim is to find your gaps to franchising.
We go through the draft together in a two-hour online meeting during which we explain our four step Franchise Success Path. The meeting results in a short action plan and you know exactly what you have to do, who will do the work and how much it will cost.
Franchise Status Review Seminar
Four times a year, after each franchise expo, we hold a Franchise Review Seminar in the city which has just hosted the Expo.
At the Franchise Seminar, you’ll learn the business elements the best franchised businesses focus on.
Through the following one-on-one Franchise Status Review of your business, you’ll discover, with Brian, the franchise gaps in your business and what it will take to close those gaps.
