Brian is very knowledgable, has fantastic people, lawyers, marketing, branding people that come in to talk to us and I would thoroughly recommeded this two day seminar to anyone who's concerning going into franchising.

We went to Brian Keen’s franchising workshop, found it informative. We then signed up with Brian to do his franchise mentoring program and we’re finding it really easy to follow. I went eventually in for the big package because what I was paying Brian included the legals and included he said templates and documents and things like that.
The information in there, the knowledge that I gained in the first week of paying him was probably more than I thought…was double what I knew and didn’t know, if you know what I mean. There’s just information there which blew me away.
We started our journey with Franchise Simply for two reasons. One was to simplify and systemize our business with a view to expansion through franchising.
We have just done phase one and have been looking at a lot of our systems to see how we are running things and are really excited about improving all these as our business will run better as well as our franchises
We started only about four weeks ago and worked through the first module. We set a lot of time aside from all the other activities we were doing just simply to get this process done. And will keep doing that to keep moving forward.
It has been much easier than we expected. There has been a lot of education along the way. We thought it would be a tricky process but it has been quite simple.
We met Brian about a year ago at the Franchise Expo and it was a real turning point for us. We had been in business for about 12 years and Sandra had always had the desire to franchise the business.
Since then, we signed on our second franchisee this month and we have the third one in the pipeline. And so, we just want to say if you are thinking of franchising your business or moving in that direction, Brian is the man to see, he is the guru, the one with all the answers, he has the systems and it is well worth the time worth and effort to attend done of his workshops and just look at the opportunity and see how he can help you because he certainly helped us enormously to take the business to the next level.
His team of specialists – banding, accounting, digital systems, territories and so on – have all been excellent, all have been helpful, no question too simple or too hard. You don’t feel like you don’t know what you are doing. Business is a journey and everyone is on that journey to success. You just need to learn from other people who are experts in their field, take on their advice and actually do what they say.
Each part of that jigsaw puzzle has been worth investigating. We have grown 100% this year. So from 12 months last August when we to the Melbourne Franchise Expo it was just a dream, it didn’t have any legs and then we went to the two day Workshop where we decided to sign up to one of the programs.
We were 80% there but we realised how much we hadn’t done and so we started the process.

So, it is a lot of hard work. We are not saying it is going to be an easy road. It will certainly cost you in resources, time and effort but in the end it is well worth it.

I was lucky to come across Brian K from Franchise Simply at a Franchise Expo here in Sydney about three years ago now.
I was looking at a new way to interact with our customers. I wanted a more intensive customer service experience for our customers so we tried to find something new and we thought franchising would be the answer to that. Previously we employed and we were finding it difficult to get our employees to engage with our customers the same way we would as business owners. So, we decided to divide our business into two sectors, which was large commercial and domestic work.
We weren’t really sure where to start and so, when we saw Brian at the Expo we went to him and asked some questions and that peaked our curiosity.

Where are we now?
We are 3 years down the track. We are on a slow burn and are not in a hurry. We have three franchisees and just heading to put on our fourth franchise. We are here at the Expo looking to find another two, maybe three, spending a lot of time focusing on the right franchisee and being careful investing in our brand and looking for our recruits as also investing in our brand.
